Every BOTO Gyro Tumbler we produce adheres to rigorous quality and safety standards. We are committed to the performance of our products, which is why we offer a 5 Year Limited Warranty that covers any manufacturing defects outlined in this document.
• Coverage Details: Our products BOTO Gyro Tumblers BG32 and BG40 Series are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from the time of purchase. BOTO Group LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to have a manufacturing defect for the 5 Year Limited Warranty of the product. Below is a sample list of items covered by BOTO´s 5 Year Limited Warranty. Please review this before submitting a claim.
• Damaged Lids: If any of your tumbler lids (D lid and/or T lid) are broken upon receiving your tumbler, please follow the steps to file a claim on our website. Only D lid is defective if it claims to be leak-proof but leaks at the opening or around the bottle’s threads. It is also faulty if it does not screw on smoothly and securely.
• Rotatable Handle: If your rotatable handle is broken when you receive your tumbler, please follow the steps to file a claim on our website. The rotatable handle is deemed defective if it can't smoothly rotate 180° due to a manufacturing fault. This Limited Warranty does not cover any breakage of the swivel handle caused by misuse, impacts, accidents, or user negligence.
• Insulated Vessels with Loss of Insulation: BOTO Group LLC provides a 5 Year Limited Warranty on the vacuum insulation of its stainless-steel vessels.
While rare, vacuum insulation may fail, causing the exterior to heat up or cool down based on the internal contents' temperature. To test your vessel's insulation, follow the instructions on our website. If insulation failure is suspected after testing, email us to confirm replacement eligibility.
• Rust Issues: Rust or discoloration may develop over time, depending on the contents used. Before contacting BOTO Group LLC, follow the cleaning instructions on our website to remove rust or discoloration. Proper cleaning usually solves the problem. If it persists, email us to check replacement eligibility.
• Warped or Non-functioning Plastic or Silicone Parts: If your tumbler has warped, unattached, or non-functioning plastic or silicone pieces, contact us by email to discuss your options.
• Products Arriving Damaged: If your product arrives dented, scratched, torn, or otherwise damaged from shipping or handling, follow the steps to file a claim. Note that we won’t replace the product if it has been used.
Limited Warranty Conditions
To approve your Limited Warranty claim, you must:
• Have purchased the product from a BOTO Group LLC website, store, or authorized dealer.
• Have used the product as intended and according to the care instructions.
• Return the product to BOTO Group LLC.
If a defect occurs during proper use within the warranty period, we will replace the product or part at our discretion. We will try to replace limited edition or discontinued products, but cannot guarantee
availability between purchase and warranty claim. If an identical item is unavailable, we will provide a similar model or color. The warranty does not cover defects from third-party modifications, repairs, parts, punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
The 5 Year Limited Warranty covers products purchased online or from authorized U.S. resellers and applies only to the original U.S. purchaser. BOTO Group LLC cannot return or replace items for customers outside the U.S.
Limited Warranty Exclusions
Our Limited Warranty does not cover typical wear and tear, dents or scratches, chipped powder coating due to drops or damage, issues from improper use or cleaning, damage from unintended use, post-purchase modifications (such as engraving or adding accessories), or damage from abuse, misuse, or neglect. Additionally, the Limited Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products or counterfeit items.
No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to alter or extend this Limited Warranty. No express warranties exist beyond this 5 Year Limited Warranty. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF LIMITED WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT THEORY, OR STRICT LIABILITY, WILL BOTO GROUP LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY CAUSED BY A BOTO GYRO
TUMBLER PRODUCT. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED BY THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied Limited Warranty or the exclusion/limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
LIMITED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
BOTO Group LLC’s sole obligation under this 5 Years Limited Warranty shall be to repair or replace of non-conforming products.
